The Intel Core i3-2330M is a dual core processor and second generation of Intel Core i3 that released on Q2-2011. Features, 3MB L3 cache, Clock speed 2.2 GHz and integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 3000) which is clearly faster than the older Intel HD Graphics. Asus X54L-BBK2 is suitable for general purpose and entertainment (not for new 3d gaming).

I give this model is great Laptop Cyber Monday 2011 because I never seen Asus Laptop Intel Core i3 for undr $400.(better Black Friday Deals)
Note : Cons - only 4 cell and 320 GB HDD
